Beer made right here in Brooklyn!

I have lived in Williamsburg for about 12 years and have never gone to the free tour of the Brooklyn Brewery, so decided to spend one lazy Sunday drinking beer with folks in the hood. The newly expanded brewery was fun to learn about, from the fact that Milton Glaser designed their logo in exchange for a cut of the profits and free beer for life (how smart is that guy!) and the fact that it's only been around since 1988.

One of the best things about the places was getting a look at all that cool equipment, my god! And really an immaculate place for being a working distillery. They also had some great beers on tap that were unavailable as retail, so you have no excuse for trying some great things you can't get anywhere else.
