If you around in the East Village over the next few weeks and looking to fill out your fabric stash - you must stop by East Village Fabrics on 11th Street and 1st Avenue. Sadly, they are closing up shop and slashing prices like crazy. Most of the cotton and linen are gone, but there is still great deals to be had on trim, elastic and blend fabrics. I really did stock up, can't wait for all this raw material to become some great scarves and shirts.
Go take advantage of the sale while there is stuff still in the store!
