Not in New York and want to help it's Handmade Community? There are oh so many ways! (You can use these links if you are in New York too, help is help!)

Check out these funding projects from IndieGoGo and help support projects that promote handmade in the New York City area.

This one helps support the 25 New York area designers that are part of the Better Than Jam Handmade Co-Op to host First Friday receptions that promote their new designs, offer refreshments and music and a chance for artists to network and shoppers to meet and great area designers. Some of the great designers include Better Than Jam herself, Karin Persan and Melissa Bell.
Or you can support this project by Karen Seiger, author of Markets of New York, to further promote New York handmade events through incorporating video. Some of the great perks for your contribution range from an autographed copy of her book to a personal tour of the Markets of New York! (what a great gift for our of towners!).
