I was really excited to see a bunch of local food purveyors whom I had not tried, so i couldn't leave without a sample of the Ginger syrup by Morris Kitchen (and i was thrilled to find some recipes on their blog so i don't have to wing it when creating my first dark and stormy with their syrup!) and tomatillo chutney from the DP Chutney Collective.
A really wonderfully curated store with everything from toothepaste to magazine (yum, yes i bought the handmade in Brooklyn toothpaste made by Fat and The Moon. And I couldn't resist this photo, you can see my shirts only a couple of feet away from Lotta Jandotter! Excited to be in such great company of Brooklyn artists!
