Quick and Easy Roasted Peppers

UPDATE: Made these again yesterday. Red Peppers were on sale 2 for $1 - that's like a far cry from the $4.49 a pound they sometime are, so i snapped up a bunch and roasted them!

If I'm not sewing, silkscreening, cutting, pasting or making something in my studio, I'm making something in the kitchen. Creating something each day is so easy! Todays tasks was to roast my farmshare peppers for canning. Here it is... a photo tutorial...
Viola! Super easy, no preservative and no added spices. The peppers, after canning release some liquid that will help preserve them. Yum, can't wait to enjoy these this winter!
