KimmChi April Events start THIS weekend

Craft Fair season starts in full this month, and I've already filled up some dates around town to debut some new designs.THIS weekend both Saturday and Sunday April 3+ 4, I will be at the annual reopening of the BROOKLYN INDIE MARKET, in Carrol Gardens at Smith + Union Streets with friends Wabisabi Brooklyn, Rebecca Shepherd, Rocks and Salt, Fofolle, Elements for Inspired Living just to name a few! I even got a nice little mention in Time Out NY's write up of the event! I will have my new undie and chemise sets, as well as some sale items to help you start off the summer without spending too much $$

Sunday I should also have a separate table where i will be handing out samples and selling some artisinal beef jerky from New Jerk City. Made right here in Brooklyn using the finest local and organic ingredients - you'll be hooked, i sure was. Stop by and check it out on Sunday.

Saturday April 10, I will be at the BROOKLYN FLEA, in Fort Greene from 10am to 5pm with my ever present partner in crime Wabisabi Brooklyn. Our pairing of women's clothing and jewelry always seems to hit the right mark. The Brooklyn Flea is located at Bishop Loughlin High School at 357 Clermont Avenue between Lafayette and Vanderbilt [MAP]. I will also have a new Men's line I am carrying for the summer with me, some come on by to check that out.

Then, just in time for earth day, stop by the SPRING HANDMADE CAVALCADE, in Williamsburg at
Berry Park on Saturday, April 24. This spring, make eco-conscious shopping and gift-giving a part of your Earth Day tradition. Join the independent artists and makers of the {New New} at the second annual Spring Handmade Cavalcade, where local designers and makers will feature the best of their handmade collections.

Why Earth Day? Because {NewNew} member artists care about New York and its sustainability. To reduce waste, {NewNew} member artists use little packaging, recycle and upcycle materials, and create and sell locally. At the Spring Handmade Cavalcade, you will find a variety of these sustainable goods including housewares made from post-consumer waste, jewelry made with recycled metals, and much, much more.

MORE TO COME IN MAY
Stay tuned....
