This past weekend i vended at the Brooklyn Indie Market's opening weekend - and great fun was had by all. Always nice to start the season with friend's in your local community.Well, needless to say, I couldn't leave without something, and this is my new treasure.
Handcrafted and kiln fired by MayLuk in her Brooklyn studio with a great dynamic montage of images - fighter plains from different angles and typography all embossed into the clay before firing. I had bought a great brooklyn platter from her for some friends for Christmas, though I secretly wanted to keep it, and couldn't resist taking this one home.
