New India inspired designs are on the way! Here are some rough comps I do before I burn the screen, for size and placement (and color choices). I loved the India focus on decoration, something I myself focus on! I used the traditional lotus motif with the foliage paisley with some nice bright colors to create eye catching contrasts.
I'll be working on these this week to hopefully have with me at the Seventh Heaven Park Slope Fair this weekend. I'll be in the "Crafts/Handmade" section between 11th and 13th streets. Come out to say hi, I will be in a string of other artists from The {NewNew} York Street Team selling handmade items, from Nordea selling soap to Fubabee selling cards we should have a diverse array of goods.
